Return/Refund & Exchange Policies

Because our products are personal care products, our return/refund and exchange policies are limited as per the below.

We have a 15-day return/refund or exchange policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return/refund or exchange.

Damages and issues or Wrong Product - Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue. If an item arrives broken or damaged, we will require pictures.

Exchanges
We only allow exchanges if you received the wrong item. The item must be shipped back to us packed in its original packaging and in its original condition, unopened with safety seal intact and undamaged. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your exchange, and let you know when the new item has been shipped.

Returns/Refunds
We only offer returns/refunds on items arriving broken or damaged. We will require photos of damaged item(s). If your return/refund is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package, if required. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return/refund will not be accepted. To start a return/refund, please contact us at info@houseofrainey.com. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
