Return/Refund & Exchange Policies
Because our products are personal care products, our exchange, return and refund policies are limited as per the below.
We have a 15-day exchange, return, refund policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return/refund or exchange.
Damages and issues or Wrong Product - Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue. If an item arrives broken or damaged, we will require pictures.
We allow exchanges only if the items received are returned within 15 days, unopened with the safety seal intact, undamaged and in their original condition and packaging. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your exchange/return, and let you know when the new item(s) has been shipped. *new shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We allow returns/refunds only if the item(s) ordered arrived broken or damaged and you do not wish to do an exchange. We will require photos of damaged/broken item(s) in order to grant a return/refund. This must be done within 15 days of receiving your order. If your return/refund is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label (at our expense), as well as instructions on how and where to send your package, if required. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return/refund will not be accepted.
To start an exchange/return/refund, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If a refund is approved, you’ll be refunded back to your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
