SHIPPING FAQs

We use a few carriers - USPS is our primary then UPS and Fed Ex. We use DHL for any international orders. 

Processing orders takes between 1-2 days.
Standard Ground Shipping | 5-7 days
Priority Shipping | 2-4 days
Expedited, Overnight Shipping | 1-2 days

*NOTE: orders placed after 3pm will be reviewed the next business day.

How will you ship my order?
We ship our orders via USPS, UPS, FedEx and DHL for Int'l orders.

Restrictions:
We do not offer Two-Day or Overnight Shipping to the following locations: Alaska, Hawaii, or Canada.

For international shipping outside of North America please contact us.

Canadian orders
We ship to Canada via USPS economy Int'l, FedEx Ground or DHL at a flat rate of $40. It typically takes 8-12 business days for your order to arrive at your door. Please note that a street address is required for delivery and we do not offer rush shipments to Canada at this time.

How do I track my order?

Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel an item or order if it has not yet entered the shipping process. Please note that all orders are shipped within 2 business days. To change, cancel or check on the status your order, please contact us at info@houseofrainey.com Monday-Friday 9 a.m. - 5p.m. EST.
